Our Mission

Our mission is to transform the world of the women who participate in our Programme such that they serve as multipliers in turn to improve their environment.

In this way, little by little, step by step, we will successively change our perception of ourselves and our attitude towards the challenges and difficulties we face both personally and professionally.​

Our vision is a world in which women are equal in all areas of life and have the opportunity to raise their voices and take on leadership roles. We strive to create a global community of strong, confident women who support and inspire each other. Through our Programme, we want to help women not only achieve their own dreams, but also act as role models for future generations.

Our aim is for the women to shine with their own light, so we design a tailor-made Programme for them that allows their skills and abilities to flourish through self-knowledge and the interaction of synergies with other women in the programme.


Programme

Our FemPowerXChange Programme enhances our participants' ability to flourish as empowered women on a personal and professional level through the synergies shared in individual Peer Group meetings and Inspirational Sessions focused on the participants' topics of interest.

What makes our Programme truly special is that the participants become the architects of the Programme by deciding the content and themes of the Inspiration Sessions.
Participants of the Programme play an active role in shaping it. This makes the Programme as individual and diverse as each one of us and is tailor-made for the participants of each Edition.

Our experience since 2022 at international level supports our methodology and enables significant change in the women who actively participate in just six months of the Programme.

Our Values

At FemPowerXChange, we seek a long-term relationship with our participants, sponsors, and partners. We also stress the importance of our values as essential elements for the success of our programme. Therefore, we demand them from our participants as well as from our sponsors and partners.

About Us

The three women who make up FemPowerXChange met when they were working side by side on a highly challenging technical project that lasted for five years. The most special thing about that project was the people who made it up, not only because the atmosphere was very familiar but also because, despite being a technology project, the majority of the team and its management was made up of women. Unfortunately, this situation is very rare, or even unique in a professional technology environment, however, this bubble made us realise that when women are free from an environment full of prejudices, we work much better.

It was then in the occasional coffee break that we shared our experiences in empowerment programmes for women, young professionals (male and female), and girls in STEM areas, which led us to launch this adventure of collaborating together with a single goal: to show women that when they unite they are unstoppable.

For restless women, with aspirations to continue growing personally and professionally, willing to develop and achieve their greatest potential, convinced that the roles of mother and good professional are compatible, eager for their professional merits to disintegrate the glass ceiling, motivated to make a difference, and/or willing to take action to transform their environment.

A trusting environment where our values are respected, allowing for an inclusive, cooperative, and open environment to achieve the programme's objectives:
  • promoting women personally and professionally,
  • expanding their network of professional contacts, and
  • encouraging the exchange of their knowledge and experience.

Our programme relies especially on the synergy between the participants in the tailor-made Inspirational Sessions, and especially on the Peer Groups without any hierarchy. The terms mentor and mentee would therefore be out of place. This structure at the same level allows the exchange of experiences and strategies so that the participants collaborate actively and jointly helping to solve any personal or professional situation.

Yes. Registration is completely free of charge and you will have access to the necessary documents to be able to participate in the FemPowerXChange empowerment programme. You will also be updated on our upcoming Editions.

The price is symbolic. For our very first Edition starting in Autumn 2025, it will be just EUR 149,- (including German VAT).
With this Programme we aim, first and foremost, at offering a quality service to our participants and at ensuring that the Inspirational Sessions have an acceptable audience out of respect for our guest speakers. By putting a price tag on it, we give it a value and encourage the permanence of our participants and their active involvement throughout the programme.

Ideally, multiples of three. Three is the magic number that allows members to cooperate without hierarchy to form the Peer Groups, but given the time they will all need to introduce themselves during the Speed Dating, we recommend around twenty.

It is an equity issue. This is a programme that was born to address the challenge of the gender gap globally and not only in the professional field. One only has to look at the World Economic Forum's (WEF) Global Gender Gap Report published in 2024 from which it is concluded that we will still need 134 years to achieve full global parity in order to understand where we still stand. It should be mentioned that this estimate of the long road to gender equality does not vary continuously, let alone downwards, over time (see Statista's article on the Gender Gap: Moving Backwards on the Long Road to Gender Equality.)

As a tribute to the beautiful book "Cuando las niñas vuelan alto" (English: "When Girls Fly High") by Raquel Díaz Reguera, where Mr. IFYOUWANTTOYOUCAN weaves invisible wings so that the dreams of all the girls in the world can come true.

Our platform always fights for wearing violet glasses. In her book "El diario violeta de Carlota" (English: "Carlota's violet diary"), Gemma Lienas encourages our society to put on violet glasses in order to acquire a critical eye to open its eyes to gender injustices.

Peer Groups are small working groups where the assigned participants exchange knowledge and experiences. The participants of each group organize themselves independently of the other groups or the programme organisation. Together they decide on the objectives of the meetings, the frequency of their meetings, etc.
The programme organisation will assist the group, if necessary, during the programme.

The Inspirational Sessions host the Impulse Talks and Collaborative Talks. Those talks are organised on the basis of the topics of interest selected by the participants during the Kick-off Meeting.
Impulse Talks are held by a guest speaker who is an expert on the respective topic.
The Collaborative Talks will be prepared by members of the same Peer Group, i.e., a highly recommended experience as best practice for the Peer Group team work.

This programme is offered to women from all over the world. So, the programme will be completely online and the meetings will take place through MS Teams.
Peer Group appointments will be organised independently, so the means of online communication will be defined by the group members themselves.

You need to be prepared for video calls. As the meetings are conducted online, it is highly recommended that participants have their cameras turned on and that they have an Internet network that meets their needs.

At present, the Programme is offered in English, German, or Spanish. Depending on the participants' proficiency, the language they have in common will be chosen. Peer Group meetings will be organised independently, so the language of communication will be defined by the group members themselves.
