Ilknur Karaman
Ilknur is a visionary in tech with a heart for aesthetics and design. Coming from an IT portfolio and project management background, her IT expertise, communication skills and client understanding form the bridge between the client and the technical team. Through years of practicing agility, she brings creative techniques to find solutions and guides the team to the target collaboratively. Her passion for information management has accompanied and shaped her for over a decade. With a Master's degree in Information Systems from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT), she has held her own in a traditionally male-dominated environment and experienced the challenges that women face in the technology sector.
Ilknur has made it her mission to empower and inspire women in her community. The platform she created together with other strong women in the initative "Women in Tech" (2022) became a place of inspiration and exchange where women could motivate and encourage each other. She has witnessed women believing in their own abilities and developing and growing like a butterfly in their colorful diversity in a network founded for women in the technology and automotive industry, which has made her aware of the meaningfulness of her work for the empowerment of women. Ilknur's commitment to women in technology is not only a vocation, but also a mission that she pursues with passion and dedication.
With her vision for FemPowerXChange, she wants to spread this positive momentum and create a platform that brings like-minded people together.
